"Too small. There is no store around me within 100 miles that sells Tom’s so I purchased them online and when I receive them, they were too small meaning I needed a wide so I returned them and they charged me a fee to return them. & I never received my refund 60 days later. Still No refund."

There seemed to be a manufacturing flaw in the way they were put together, where the top of the shoe met the side of the shoe. Cute but awful fit
"The shoes are very narrow and extremely tight across the top of the foot. I have ordered some shoe stretchers and hope it will remedy the problem. The customer service was excellent about free return/exchange but the larger size only was a tiny bit longer and was not any wider nor less tight over the top of the foot. Not for people with high arches. The style is similar to some Bob’s by Skechers but the fit is no where near as good."
